It's that time again. The competition is getting ready to begin. Hilarie and Dan are holding the Biggest Winner Ultimately Thinner contest again. The competition the first time around was so much fun and so motivating. It really made us ALL push harder than we normally would. We fed off each others successes and broken through barriers individually and as a group. Believe it or not the workouts were amazing! I did things I would NEVER would have imagined myself doing. From doing bench presses to pushing Dan's truck. That's right...I said truck. Not to mention the friendships that have been made.
